
DUST
Dust is a photographic journal from a road trip made in Australia in early 2020
by the French photographer Victor Marvillet, shortly after the bushfires that ravaged vast swathes of the country.
On the occasion of a show dedicated to the project at the Icicle Cultural Space in Shanghai, Victor trusted me to collaborate with him on the creation of the exhibition material.

“All of myself that I have put into my life here,
I have a new appreciation for displaced people everywhere”.
She tries to find remnants from her previous life in the ashes, but besides a couple of broken tea cups, there’s nothing. The house next door is intact. “It’s a lottery” she says.
